Two-year limited
workmanship warranty
A clear promise behind the work we do. Everwell Bath Remodeling stands behind its installation workmanship for two years.
Effective October 19, 2026 · For new residential projects contracted on or after this date.
Who and what is covered
Everwell Bath Remodeling provides this warranty to the homeowner named in its written remodeling contract for work at the project address. Coverage lasts two years from the completion date recorded at the final walkthrough. Unfinished or documented punch-list items remain Everwell’s responsibility under the contract; this warranty does not excuse their completion.
Coverage applies to defects caused by installation workmanship performed by Everwell or subcontractors hired through Everwell, within the agreed project scope. Examples include improperly installed tile, waterproofing, trim, vanities, fixtures and connections. Existing work outside our contracted scope is not covered merely because it is in the same room.
How we correct covered defects
We will inspect a reported issue and repair or replace defective installation work as reasonably necessary. Covered repairs include the labor and materials reasonably necessary to correct the defect, including opening and restoring affected work when necessary, at no charge to the homeowner. We will explain the proposed repair and coordinate reasonable access and scheduling. A claim reported during the coverage period remains eligible for review and covered repair even if that work takes place after the expiration date.
Products and materials
Manufacturer warranties on fixtures, cabinetry, glass and other products are separate and subject to each manufacturer’s terms. We will provide applicable warranty information and help identify the appropriate claim process. A product defect alone is not a defect in Everwell’s workmanship. This distinction also applies to customer-supplied products: their product defects are not covered here, but faulty installation by Everwell remains covered.
Any extended manufacturer waterproofing-system coverage must be confirmed for the particular products and installation. This warranty does not promise lifetime coverage for the bathroom.
Care, maintenance and exclusions
Installation defects in caulk and grout are covered. Routine maintenance, staining and normal deterioration are not. Follow the care instructions supplied for the installed materials and fixtures.
This warranty excludes ordinary wear and tear, misuse, improper maintenance, unrelated pre-existing defects, and damage caused by third-party work or outside events such as flooding or fire, only to the extent those causes produced the reported problem. Unrelated third-party work does not cancel coverage for the rest of the project. Building movement is excluded only where it is unrelated to defective work within Everwell’s responsibility.
Water intrusion caused by a covered waterproofing or connection installation defect is not automatically excluded merely because water is involved. Any claim for resulting damage will be assessed on its facts and under applicable law.
Requesting warranty service
- Notify us promptly after discovering a problem at hello@everwellbath.com, or write to Everwell Bath Remodeling, 17 Reaville Ave #1079, Flemington, NJ 08822. Include your name, project address, description and discovery date. Photos are helpful when available.
- Our target is to acknowledge your request within two business days. We will arrange an inspection as needed and explain coverage and next steps. This is a response target, not a promise that every repair can be completed within that time.
- Provide reasonable access for inspection and repair. For an active leak, stop using the affected fixture and take reasonable emergency steps to prevent further damage. Do not delay necessary emergency assistance while waiting for our reply; retain photos and receipts where possible.
For non-emergency work, give us a reasonable opportunity to inspect before another contractor alters the affected area. Emergency mitigation does not automatically void coverage. Reimbursement requests are evaluated based on the circumstances and applicable rights.
If you sell your home
The remaining warranty may transfer once to the next homeowner upon written notification to Everwell with the project address and new owner’s contact details. The original expiration date remains unchanged.
Your written project documents
These terms accompany the proposal and contract for covered projects. Any project-specific coverage must be clearly documented before signing. Manufacturer warranty documents are supplied as applicable. This limited warranty is an additional written commitment and does not waive or restrict rights or remedies available under applicable law.
